Refund Policy

Cancellation

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchase – so if you change your mind within that time – send us a message at info@wypur.ie and we’ll cancel the order and refund you in full as soon as we get your request. An order can’t be cancelled after it has been taken into processing.

Returns

When you shop at Wypur, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days after receiving your goods. You must take reasonable care of the product(s) you wish to return/exchange, and they should be returned unopened, unused and in their original condition. We recommend that you ask the shipping carrier for proof of posting and ensure the return is shipped, as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse.

Where there is eventual damage of the product or packaging, the order cannot be fully refunded. The value of damage will be deduced from the refund amount. All returns must include the original invoice or a note referencing your full name, e-mail you provided in the order and the order ID.

DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

The refund will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned order.

Damaged/Defective items

Please, contact our customer service at info@wypur.ie as soon as you receive the defective item, but no later than 5 days after the order was received. Include the picture where the damage or flaws are seen clearly. Describe the damage, and forward the description and photo(s) together with order ID to us using email.

We will review the case and reship your order or refund you. The complaint does not apply when we cannot find any faults in the product or when the customer has caused the damage themselves, such as normal wear and handling errors.

Warranty

The warranty only applies if there is a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges

In our web shop, we unfortunately do not have the opportunity to administer exchanges for other goods or sizes, but you as a customer have a 30-day right for return. All returned goods must have original packaging left.
